Shipping Policy for Kits 4 Disaster Survival

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Carriers

  • Our products are drop-shipped from the USA using reliable carriers, primarily FedEx and USPS. Depending on your location and the size of your order, other carriers may also be utilized to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping is offered on all orders within the contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 3-15 business days after the order is processed.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times vary based on the selected option.

Please note: Transit times are estimates and do not include processing times.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the United States.
  • At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories. International shipping is not available.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at [insert contact email]. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details, such as photos of the damaged package or its contents. Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If a product must be returned due to a shipping error on our part, we will cover all associated costs. However, returns will not be accepted for non-product-related issues, such as incorrect orders placed by the customer or buyer's remorse.

Holiday Shipping Delays

  • Please note that shipping times may be extended during peak holiday seasons. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
